Banana pancakes are an equally traditional version of American pancakes (or pancakes, as you are more used to), an essential and delicious element of the American breakfast. They should be cooked in a dry frying pan. Many homemakers buy special frying pans to make cooking faster: they already have molds for three or six pancakes, depending on the size. For the test, use slightly overripe bananas. Ready-made pancakes can be topped with either maple syrup or regular honey.

 90 g Wheat flour
 150 ml Milk
 1 Egg
 20 g Butter
 20 g Sugar
 Salt (A Pinch)
 2 tsp Baking powder
 ½ tsp Soda
 1 Banana

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.

Puree the banana. Beat the yolk, add milk, banana and melted butter, beat for 1 minute.

Mix the flour mixture with the liquid mixture and mix with a whisk or mixer.

Beat the whites well and carefully add to the dough.

Fry in a dry frying pan on one side until bubbles appear, then turn over.
